Invited to write for Envato’s Wptuts+ prior to its launch, I decided to create a comprehensive guide to WP-Cron, a PHP-based scheduler built into the famous CMS. Envato recently celebrated its 5th anniversary and delivers over one billion pageviews per month. Many of these impressions come from its group of Tuts+ education sites. Wptuts+ is the newest addition to this set and is growing into an extensive WordPress repository of knowledge. It is a pleasure to be one of its contributors and I hope to continue my efforts in the future.
